Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We currently ship physical products within the United States, including U.S. territories. We're working on expanding internationally — if you're outside the U.S. and want a deck, email us and we'll let you know when we can reach you.

Shipping cost
Flat rate $9.95 per order, calculated at checkout.

Production time
Our items are printed on demand, meaning each one is produced specifically for your order rather than pulled from a shelf. Please allow 2–4 business days for production before your order ships.

Delivery time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 7–12 days. Total time from order to doorstep is usually 2–3 weeks. Our printing partner is located overseas, which is what allows us to offer high-quality, small-run printing without minimum orders.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then contact us. 

Duties and customs
There are no additional customs charges or import fees for orders shipped within the United States. Any applicable fees are already included in the price you pay at checkout.

Lost, delayed, or damaged orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 21 days of shipping, contact us at [support email] and we'll investigate with our shipping partner. If your deck arrives damaged or misprinted, see our Refund Policy — we'll replace it at no cost to you.

Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't reroute or refund orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly, though we'll do what we can to help.
