Refund policy

Physical Products 

Every item is printed when you order it, so we can’t accept returns of opened items for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incomplete, or never arrives, email teams@elitegamingco.com within 30 days of the delivery date with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
